Shelter Building Campaign.

We are thrilled to be able to share with you our news! In January of 2015, we purchased a five acre parcel very close to our office in the Theler Center. The property is between Belfair and Allyn, on North Mason School Road.

The land is perfect for us as it is very level with a nice cleared center, surrounded by large trees. We will eventually have walking trails throughout the five acres for shelter dog walking and community events.

We will build in stages, as building a shelter that will benefit the community for years to come is expensive. Stage one has already begun. We will be putting in our well and electricity soon, with a septic system to follow.

We are looking for a gently used manufactured building that will allow us to move our offices from the Theler Center and spending our fundraising efforts on the shelter portion of this project.

We are excited to finally get this undertaking started. It has been many years in the making and we welcome any volunteers interested in helping us raise funds or contribute building expertise toward this goal.
